• SLA per step — configurable with 80% / 100% / 150% escalation triggers
• Delegate path — each step can specify a fallback approver
• Conditional branching — route on extracted metadata (e.g., invoice amount thresholds)
• Pre-built templates — Document Approval, Procurement, Contract Review, Invoice Processing, Leave Request, Board Resolution
