v2.1 — Mobile App Public Release
Released 2026-02-12.
Added
- Mobile app GA (Android) — APK download from each tenant's settings page
- iOS TestFlight — beta access by request; public App Store availability tracking
- Camera document scanning — auto-deskew, perspective correction, multi-page combine, server-side OCR
- Mobile offline mode — cached documents (200 MB default), queued comments/approvals/uploads, background sync
- Push notifications — workflow tasks, approvals, mentions, document shares pushed to mobile (Web Push for browser PWA, FCM for Android, APNS for iOS)
- Mobile workflow approval — full review pane on mobile; approve / reject / request changes with comments
Changed
- PushSubscriptions table gained
PlatformandDeviceTokencolumns to support FCM/APNS routing - Notification preferences — separate toggles for mobile push vs in-app vs email per event type
Fixed
- Browser PWA install prompt did not trigger on iOS Safari due to incorrect manifest; now corrected
Known issues
- Android 11 and below have a known FileSystemAccess limitation that may prevent the in-app document picker from seeing some folders. Workaround: use the camera capture instead.
