Highlights

The Papyrus Copilot, conversational AI for your tenant's documents, is now generally available to all Business and Enterprise customers. Smart Workflows v2 adds AI-suggested approvers, bottleneck detection, and approval-time predictions.

Added

• Papyrus Copilot (GA) — slide-out conversational panel on every page; asks questions and gets cited answers from your tenant's documents. RBAC-enforced.
• AI-suggested approvers — workflow steps can be configured to let AI suggest an approver based on document type, content, and historical routing
• Bottleneck detection — workflow analytics now surface specific approvers / steps that consistently exceed SLA, with re-routing suggestions
• Approval-time prediction — when submitting a workflow, see an estimate of completion time based on current approver workload and historical response
• Swahili Copilot — Copilot understands and responds in Swahili; auto-detects per query

Changed

• Search ranking — hybrid search now weights recency 12% higher; long-form guides re-promoted with the change
• Document detail panel — engagement stats (views, downloads, search hits) now visible to document owners and admins
• Mobile app — offline document cache increased to 200 MB default (was 100 MB)

Fixed

• M-Pesa STK Push callback handling under network jitter (occasional double-charge on retry)
• Bulk upload progress indicator stuck at 99% on the very last file
• Workflow email approval link expiry was off by one timezone hour

Upgrade notes

No action required for SaaS tenants — the upgrade ran during the scheduled Sunday maintenance window. Tenants on Enterprise dedicated infrastructure will receive their upgrade window separately.
