• Clause extraction — identifies payment terms, termination, liability, indemnity, confidentiality, IP, governing law, force majeure, etc.
• Obligation tracking — extracted obligations appear on a per-tenant calendar with 30/14/7-day reminders
• Contract risk scoring — combination of clause analysis, counterparty history, value, and template deviation
• Side-by-side comparison — diff two contracts (or two versions) at clause level
• Clause library — store, tag, and reuse approved clauses

• Contract repository is now a top-level navigation item (was under Workspaces)
• AI extraction pipeline runs contract-specific extraction in addition to generic field extraction
