Read the board's governance dashboard, export registers and the annual governance report with CMA, CBK, SASRA and IRA presets, connect Power BI, subscribe to board webhooks and ask Copilot about board business.
Governance Reports, Registers and Integrations
The dashboard
eBoard → Governance reports (needs the Governance reports permission). Choose a board and a period:

Durations are medians, so one unusual meeting does not distort the picture.
Registers
Export meetings, attendance, resolutions, declarations, actions, compliance dates, directors (profiles, skills, CPD), diversity (counts only), evaluations (scores only) and the minute-book index as Excel or CSV. CSV files are safe to open in Excel: anything a spreadsheet would run as a formula is neutralised.
The annual governance report
Pick a year and a preset — Standard, CMA, CBK, SASRA or IRA — and download a PDF report and a workbook of the registers. Presets choose and label columns along those frameworks' lines (for example, CBK adds fit-and-proper declarations, SASRA training hours). They are not official regulatory returns: check every figure against the current rules before filing.
Power BI and other BI tools
- Integrations → API keys — create a key with the
eboard.analytics.readscope. - Read a dataset as JSON:
GET /api/v1/eboard/analytics/datasets/{dataset}?boardId=…&from=YYYY-MM-DD&to=YYYY-MM-DDwith the key in theX-Api-Keyheader.
Datasets: dashboard, meetings, attendance, resolutions, actions, compliance, evaluations, diversity, minute-book. Registers about individual directors are not served; in-camera titles, resolution wording and action descriptions are left out.
Webhooks
Integrations → Webhooks can subscribe to board events — eboard.* for all of them, or one at a time: meetings scheduled, noticed, rescheduled, cancelled, opened and closed; packs published and withdrawn; resolutions opened, circulated, carried, defeated, lapsed, withdrawn and rescinded; records signed; minutes adopted and filed; actions; questionnaires; director appointments and term ends. Payloads carry ids and times only — never titles, wording or names.
Copilot
Ask Copilot “what board meetings do I have”, “what do I need to vote on”, “what board actions are overdue”, “what did we resolve on the Nairobi lease” or “are we behind on governance filings”. Copilot sees only what you could see on the board screens, gives titles only for boards that allow AI, never votes for you, and never emails board records.
